This easy-to-use calculator allows students to "see" how money math problems are worked. This dual-purpose calculator has two modes. 1) Money Calc Mode: the LCD screen shows the dollar mark, dollars, and cents. The answer to the math problem in this mode is displayed as dollars and cents. (ex. $2.50 + $2.50 = $5.00 instead of $2.5 + $2.5 = $5). Students learn to compute "change back" using the mini-bill buttons. If students push the $20-bill button, the Money Calc places $20.00 on the screen. The student simply subtracts the price of the item to be purchased fromj the $20.00 to calculate the change. The 100 reproducible worksheets allow students to practice adding and subtracting money and figure "change back".
